Jean-Pierre Fontenay Life story
Jean-Pierre Fontenay (born 24 June 1957) is a French driver in the Dakar rally-raid. He won in 1998, with his co-driver Gilles Picard. He also finished runner-up behind Kenjiro Shinozuka in 1997 and Hiroshi Masuoka in 2003. Fontenay's best year was 1998 where he won five stages, en route to the overall title.
