Brother Jean-Paul Desbiens, Frère Pierre-Jérôme, F.M.S., OC was a Quebec writer, journalist, teacher and member of the Catholic institute of Marist Brothers. He was born at Métabetchouan in the Lac Saint-Jean region of Quebec in 1927.
