Jean-Marc Châtaigner Life story
Born in 1964, Jean-Marc Châtaigner is a Foreign Affairs counsellor of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development. He was appointed Ambassador of France to Madagascar from 2009 until 2012.
