About JDS Yūgure
USS Richard P. Leary was a Fletcher-class destroyer of the United States Navy, named for Rear Admiral Richard P. Leary. In 1959, the ship was transferred to the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force and renamed Yūgure.
