Jaume Bartumeu Life story
Jaume Bartumeu Cassany, GCIH is an Andorran lawyer and politician, who served as head of government from 2009 to 2011. He was a founding member of the Social Democratic Party in June 2000, in which he held the position of first secretary between 2000 and 2004.
