About Japan Skating Federation
The Japan Skating Federation is the sports governing body of Japan for figure skating, speed skating, and short track speed skating. It was created in 1929. The current president is Seiko Ishizaki, a former long track speed skater who won bronze in the 1500 meters at the 1992 Winter Olympics.
