Janez Stanovnik Life story
Janez Stanovnik is a Slovenian economist, politician, and former partisan. He served as the last President of the Socialist Republic of Slovenia between 1988 and 1990. Since 2003, he has been the president of the Slovenian Partisan veterans' association.
