Janez Bogataj Life story
Janez Bogataj is an IGCAT expert (International Institute of Gastronomy Culture, Arts and Tourism) since 2016. He is co-author of the Slovenian Gastronomy Strategy, the gastronomy strategies for Ljubljana and Central Slovenia, Gorenjska, and Dolenjska, co-author of projects for some successful brands in gastronomy.
