Janet E. Kerr. A director since 2009, Janet Kerr is currently Vice Chancellor of Pepperdine University and Professor Emeritus of the Pepperdine University School of Law. Ms. Kerr founded and served as executive director of the Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law at Pepperdine Law School.
