Jane Okeover Life story
Jane was the daughter of Philip Okeover of Okeover Hall. She married firstly to Sir Thomas Cokayne of Ashbourne, High Sheriff of Derbyshire, on 3rd November 1579 in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, She married secondly in about 1592 to Anthony Ashley. They had one daughter, Anne, who was ancestor of the Ashley-Cooper family.
