Ján Ducký Life story
Ján Ducký, Ing. was a Slovak politician, former Minister in three different Slovak governments and Director of SPP. Ducký was one of the key privatisation oligarchs under Vladimír Mečiar's government and he was the author of the infamous Duckého zmenky, the sum owed on the promissory notes was left blank.
