James E. Dalen

James E. Dalen, MD, MPH served as dean of the University of Arizona College of Medicine from 1988 to 2001, and also as University of Arizona vice president for health sciences from 1995 to 2001. He started the School of Public Health, which became the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
