A judge is angry, to block threatened to Harvey Weinstein for his mobile phone in a New York court, picked up where a jury is for his rape trial.
"Is that really the way you want to end up in prison for the rest of your life by SMS, and against a court verdict?", judge James Burke asked.

On Monday, Mr Weinstein was charged with two additional counts in Los Angeles : rape and sexual assault.
The 67-year-old has denied all the charges, and insists that any sexual encounters were consensual democracy.
Mr. Weinstein caught with two mobile phones was on Tuesday, according to local media. He was already admonished by judge Burke in the earlier appear before the court for the use of a handset.
