Jacques E. Fabre Life story
Jacques Eric Fabre-Jeune C.S. is a Haitian-American prelate of the Catholic Church who serves as bishop of the Diocese of Charleston, South Carolina. He is the first Black and the first member of a religious community to be named to that position.
