Jacques Devos Life story
Jacques Devos was a Belgian comic artist, who worked for the magazine Spirou throughout his career. His two signature series were the humorous spy comic 'Victor Sébastopol' (1962-1988, co-created with Hubuc) and the equally funny 'Génial Olivier' (1963-1988), about a child prodigy.
