Jacques Cambessèdes Life story
Jacques Cambessèdes was a French botanist born in Montpellier. In March – June 1825, prompted by suggestions of Jaques Étienne Gay and Alexander von Humboldt, Cambessèdes performed investigations involving flora of the Balearic Islands.
