Jaafar Al-Askari Life story
Ja'far Pasha al-Askari served twice as prime minister of Iraq: from 22 November 1923 to 3 August 1924; and from 21 November 1926 to 31 December 1927. Al-Askari served in the Ottoman Army during World War I until he was captured by British forces attacking the Empire from Egypt.
