Ivy Dumont Life story
Dame Ivy Leona Dumont DCMG, was the seventh governor-general of the Bahamas. She was the first woman in the Bahamas to hold this office, from 1 January 2002 until 30 November 2005. She previously served as Education Minister from 1995 to 2000.
