Ivan Plyushch Life story
Ivan Stepanovych Plyushch was a Ukrainian politician. He thrice served as the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, from 9 July to 23 July 1990, from 5 December 1991 to 11 May 1994, and from 1 February 2000 to 14 May 2002.
