Dr. István Vitányi is a Hungarian jurist and politician, member of the National Assembly for Berettyóújfalu from 2002 to 2006 and since 2010. He was also MP from the Hajdú-Bihar County Regional List of Fidesz from 1998 to 2002, and from 2006 to 2010.
