Waseskwan Iskwew, known mononymously as iskwē is a singer-songwriter and activist of Cree Métis ancestry from Treaty 1 Territory. Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, iskwē has lived in Los Angeles, New York City, and Toronto, and now lives in Hamilton, Ontario.
