About International Petroleum Investment Company
The International Petroleum Investment Company was established by the Government of Abu Dhabi pursuant to an Emirati Decree in 1984 with a mandate to invest globally in energy and energy related industries. The Government owns 100 percent of IPIC and appoints all the members of its board of directors.
