Innocenzo Ciocchi del Monte was a notorious Cardinal whose relationship with Giovanni Maria Ciocchi del Monte caused grave scandal in the early 16th century. While a teenager he came into the service of Baldovino del Monte, and from there formed a close relationship with Giovanni Maria as keeper of his monkey.
