About Innis Chonain
Innis Chonain or Innischonan is an island in Loch Awe, Scotland connected to the mainland by a bridge. Walter Douglas Campbell, great-grandfather of the Duke of Argyll built a large house on Innis Chonain and St Conan's Tower in Lochawe as a winter home for the family.
