Inga Skaya is a Russian-Canadian model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Canada 2007 on March 4, 2007. She was raised in Toronto, Ontario for most of her life. Inga attended William Lyon Mackenzie Collegiate Institute in Toronto, as did the previous Miss Universe Canada, Alice Panikian.
