Ilkka Hanski Life story
Ilkka Aulis Hanski ForMemRS was a Finnish ecologist at the University of Helsinki, Finland. The Metapopulation Research Center led by Hanski, until his death, has been nominated as a Center of Excellence by the Academy of Finland.
