Hiroshi Shiono Life story
Hiroshi Shiono (鹽野 宏, born June 13, 1931) is a Japanese legal scholar specializing in administrative law. He holds the title of Order of Culture and is an honorary professor at the University of Tokyo, a member of the Japan Academy and its president since 2016, and a recipient of the Person of Cultural Merit.
