About Hiroshi Ochanomizu
Professor Hiroshi Ochanomizu is a common recurring character in the Astro Boy series. He is the Minister of Science, following his predecessor and former best friend Umataro Tenma. Ochanomizu is a fervent believer in robot rights, and acts as a guardian and father figure for Astro, and created his sister Uran.
