About Hernán Giraldo
Hernán Giraldo Serna, also known as the "Lord of the Sierra", is the leader of the Colombian paramilitary organization Tayrona Resistance Block, a 1,166-member armed group, part of the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia. Colombian prosecutors have labeled Giraldo “the biggest sexual predator of paramilitarism”.
