Herbert O. House Life story
Herbert Otis House was an American organic chemist. House was born in Willoughby, Ohio and obtained his Ph. D. in 1953 from the University of Illinois under the guidance of Reynold Fuson. Upon graduation, he joined the faculty of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and remained there until 1970.
