Henry George "Harry" Ulrich III was a four-star admiral in the United States Navy who served as the Commander, United States Naval Forces Europe and Commander, Allied Joint Force Command Naples from May 23, 2005 to November 30, 2007. He retired from the navy shortly afterwards.
