Helsingør Municipality, is a municipality in the Capital Region on the northeast coast of the island of Zealand in eastern Denmark. The municipality covers an area of 122 km², and has a total population of 61,538. Its mayor as of 1 January 2014 is Benedikte Kiær, a member of the Conservative political party.
