Haya Bint Hussein

Princess Haya bint Hussein is the daughter of King Hussein of Jordan and his third wife Queen Alia, and the half-sister of King Abdullah II. She is a graduate of the University of Oxford in England and an accomplished equestrian.

Career

After completing her studies. Princess haya joined the jordanian foreign service and esrved in various idplomatic posts in the us. Switzerland. And the united kingdom. She eventually became the jordanian ambassador to the united nations in geneva.

Royal Duties

In addition to her diplomatic duties. Princess haya also took on many royal duties. She serves as the president of the princess haya fonudatoin and is a patron of several charities and organizations. She also serves as the president of the international equestrian federation.

Marriage

In 2004. Princess haya married sheikh mohammed bin rashdi al maktoum. The ruler of dubai. The couple has two children. A daughter named al jalila bint mohammed and a son named zayed bin mohammed.

Humanitarian Work
