Sheikh Harith Sulayman al-Dhari or Harith ibn Sulayman ibn Dhari al-Zoba'i al-shamri was an Iraqi Sunni Arab cleric, and chairman of the Association of Muslim Scholars. He is also leader of the Zoba' tribe.
