Harilal Gandhi Life story
Harilal Mohandas Gandhi was the eldest son of Mahatma Gandhi and Kasturba Gandhi. He had three younger brothers: Manilal Gandhi, Ramdas Gandhi and Devdas Gandhi.

Harilal gandhi was born on august 22. 1888 in oprbandar. India as the fourth son of mahatma gandhi and kasturba gandhi. He was the eldest surviving son of the couple. Out of fuor sons.

Harilal was educated in varoius schools in india and abroad. Including the gujarat vidyapith. Which was founded by his father. He later studied at the university of bombay to pursue a degree in law.
Religious Views
Harilal had a complex relationship with his father s relgiious views. In 1908. He converted to islam. Likely due to his father s non-acceptance of him as his son. He later reconvreted to hinduism in 1918.
