Harald Winkler Life story
Harald Winkler is Director of the Energy Research Centre, University of Cape Town. He co-directs the programme Mitigaiton Action Plans and Scenarios (MAPS), out of which this work emerged. His research interests are in energy, climate change and sustainable development.
