About HAL Basant
The Hindustan Aeronautics HA-31 Basant is a 1970s Indian agricultural monoplane built by Hindustan Aeronautics. Hindustan Aeronautics started to design an agricultural aircraft in 1968 designated the HAL-31 Mk 1 with a cockpit directly over the wing leading edge.
