Gyurmed Namgyal Life story
Gyurmed Namgyal was the fourth Chogyal of Sikkim. He succeeded Chakdor Namgyal in 1717 and was succeeded himself by Phuntsog Namgyal II in 1733. During his reign Sikkim was attacked by Nepal.
