West Virginia prison cadets fired over Nazi salute

been at least fired 30 U. S. prison cadets, after a photo shows, it showed you what seems to be a Nazi salute.
the picture shows The Cadets of the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation, the gestures, the a sign with the inscription "hail Byrd!", the reference to a class teacher.
the Governor of The State announced on Monday that The Cadets would be dismissed.
The picture was taken on their graduation ceremony on may 27. November.
"As I said from the beginning, I condemn the photo of the basic rate of 18 in The Strongest possible terms," said Governor Jim Justice , said in a statement.
"This type of behavior will not be tolerated on my watch in an Agency of The State . "

What do we know about the photo?It shows around 30 blurry faces and seems to have been shot recently, that The State is the "Basic Training class #18". The photo, also The Names of the staff and the location is not known.
The Class was allegedly from the 21. October up 27. November.
The text of The Class , Kassie Byrd, The State of The Department of Military Affairs and Public safety said.
According to a report from The Department , a staff member voiced their concerns to Ms Byrd after receiving the photos.
Ms Byrd responded by saying, it was nothing I said is wrong with The Image ,
the caption by saying, "you do that, because I'm a hard ass like Hitler. "
