About Gone, No Forwarding
The State of California sets out to take Dan Kearny's license. The irregular case upon which the State is building its case was handled by Kathy Onoda and now she is dead. As the disciplinary hearings proceed Kearny tries to locate the seven witnesses, but they are gone, with no forwarding addresses.
