Gheorghe Flutur Life story
Gheorghe Flutur is a Romanian politician, member of the National Liberal Party. He was also a member of the Liberal Democratic Party as vice-president, since December 2006 until December 2007, then a member of the Democratic Liberal Party until eventually returning to the PNL.
