George Henry Horsfall Life story
George Henry Horsfall (1824–1900), son of Charles, was a successful merchant, who took over running of Horsfall and Sons from his older brother Thomas. He was also a Conservative councillor who served on Liverpool council for 16 years. He was staunchly Evangelical, and founded Christ Church, Toxteth Park in 1871.
