The big day has almost arrived for some couples.
As of the New Year 's Eve to Get Married , she is no longer the only option for those in mixed-sex relationships in England and Wales are registered partnerships, on the table.

What happened on The Day ?
From the beginning, we Wanted to with our son as part of The Process . He will be at The Ceremony , and he chose to have a ring of this opportunity, all of us, wooden Rings made from recycled skateboards in various color combinations.
We will not wear them all the time, or on a certain finger, but we Wanted Something Special and something different for The Day
We only get an invitation to Two Friends as Witnesses .

will you celebrate afterwards?
We Wanted The Day decided to us and not to have a big celebration or party. We are planning our Witnesses for a celebratory lunch.
However, it is a traditional thing that we have a choice of a honeymoon on the Canary Islands . We believe that this is a surprise for our son, the Witnesses of love, on a flight, and is very excited that he gets to participate in this special adventure with mom and dad.

What happened on The Day ?
We didn't want a ceremony, as it is to us, it is just a piece of paper, nor will we exchange the Rings . We are only two Witnesses - the minimum legal requirements - because they are our oldest friends.
Dressing for the occasion?
I was forced to buy them (non-wedding) dress, although jeans and a sweater that would have passed! Matt pushed the boat and bought a new T-shirt.

Originally, we Wanted a reception, but then decided to highlight The Event and the beginning of a new decade, with a few Close Friends we have known for most of our adults - and in some cases longer - in the pub with a slap-up meal and a good old New Year 's Eve knees.

What happened on The Day ?
Only the Immediate Family , because we really Wanted to keep it small, but we Wanted to celebrate. There are about 20 of us.
We hold our ceremony at a beautiful Mansion House in Cardiff. You have a beautiful reading room, and we plan to "get civilled" against the background of the books. It type is not the way to go; we run together.
