Gabrielle Marceau

Gabrielle Marceau, Ph. D. is counsellor in the Cabinet of the WTO Director General Pascal Lamy since September 2005. In September 1994, she joined the Legal Affairs Division of the GATT/WTO where her main function was to advise panelists in WTO disputes.
