Frigărui

Frigărui is a Romanian dish consisting of small pieces of meat grilled on a skewer, similar to shashlik or shish kebab. Often, the pieces of meat alternate with bacon, sausages, or vegetables, such as onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and mushrooms.
