Friedrich August Von Harrach-Rohrau Life story
Count Friedrich August von Harrach-Rohrau, was plenipotentiary minister of the Austrian Netherlands and became Governor-General ad interim in 1741–1744. He was also High Chancellor of Bohemia from 1745 until his death.
