Fred S. McChesney Life story
McChesney (1948–2017) was the de la Cruz-Mentschikoff Endowed Chair in Law and Economics at the University of Miami, and he was a Research Fellow with the Independent Institute. He was formerly the Class of 1967/James B. Haddad Professor of Law and Professor of Management & Strategy at Northwestern University.
