Francis Lazarro Rizzo Jr. , nicknamed "Franny", is an American politician. He is son of former Mayor Frank Rizzo and served as a Republican member of the Philadelphia City Council for sixteen years. He was elected to a Philadelphia City Council At-Large seat in 1995.
