Frank N. Trager Life story
Frank N. Trager, a professor emeritus of international affairs at New York University who served for many years as a consultant to the Government on Southeast Asia and national security, died of heart disease last Sunday in Carmel, Calif. He was 78 years old and lived in Carmel.
