Frank A. Risch

Frank Risch became a Director of the company in August 2005. Risch joined Exxon Corporation in 1966 as a financial analyst in New York and subsequently held various positions in finance, planning, marketing and general management with ExxonMobil and its operating affiliates in the U.S. and abroad for nearly 38 years.
